Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient care according to established standards, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Duties:
- Provide direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Conduct assessments within scope of practice and unit standards.
- Address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs throughout care.
- Develop and coordinate care plans, including patient education and discharge planning, in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and modify care plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and team members, delegating tasks based on skill and patient needs.
- Participate in decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Support organizational goals related to quality, safety, and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a recognized nursing training program, with the ability to work in a clinical environment, demonstrating teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Prior healthcare experience preferred.
