Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with state standards and unit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary team collaboration.
- Educate patients and families, facilitate discharge planning, and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Monitor patient responses, revise care plans as needed, and troubleshoot clinical equipment.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement initiatives, and safety programs.
- Delegate tasks appropriately, promote teamwork, and adapt to changing patient conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
