Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with state standards.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, assign tasks, and ensure patient needs are met. Promote teamwork, problem-solve equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Support patient and family education, discharge planning, and contribute to unit-based decision making.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program. Ability to assess physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Experience in a clinical environment preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, adapt to patient needs, and support organizational safety and quality goals.
