Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in accordance with state standards.
Responsibilities: Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conduct assessments; address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develop and evaluate care plans; collaborate with healthcare team; delegate tasks; troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice and quality initiatives; promote teamwork and safety.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree from a specialty training program; ability to coordinate patient care; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to safety and quality improvement.
Additional Info: Typically works in a clinical environment, with shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, including every other weekend and holidays.
