Role Overview: Provides comprehensive inpatient nursing care, assessing, planning, and evaluating patient needs to promote safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, addresses physical and emotional needs, and ensures high-quality patient and family experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, formulate and implement care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests per policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care based on patient responses.
- Coordinate with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs proactively.
- Participate in unit decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required).
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
