Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical Remote Telemetry unit.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Ensure patient safety, promote positive patient and family experiences, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle diverse patient needs across various medical services.
Key Duties: Perform assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, provide direct care, revise care plans based on patient responses, collaborate with healthcare professionals, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in unit decision-making.
