Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgery

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a diverse medical-surgical unit.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient needs

Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics

Coordinating interdisciplinary care, education, and discharge planning

Promoting patient safety, satisfaction, and positive responses to interventions

Collaborating with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues

Participating in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives

Work involves adhering to policies in a clinical environment, with additional department-specific skills required for optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required)

Ability to assess and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills
