Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position focused on providing high-quality patient care in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, delivering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensuring a positive patient and family experience.
Participating in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing and qualified to provide care in the designated unit. Strong clinical assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
