Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and family engagement.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans, including patient and family education and discharge planning.
- Provide direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Support quality and safety initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
