Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Surgery

Role Overview: This is a full-time inpatient nursing position focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a clinical setting. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduated from a specialty training program in nursing. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills are essential. The position requires adherence to unit standards and policies, and active participation in unit-based decision-making and quality improvement activities.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and address holistic needs.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
  • Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
