Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position offering competitive pay, shift differentials, and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate patient care to meet individual needs. Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, including patient education and discharge planning. Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies. Evaluate and adjust care plans based on patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare team members to resolve patient needs proactively. Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required). Ability to perform assessments, provide direct patient care, and work collaboratively. Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
