Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities include: Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and promotes patient safety and satisfaction. Participates in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decision-making. Ensures optimal patient and family experiences through effective communication and education.
Qualifications and Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (required). Strong assessment, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills. Ability to coordinate complex care plans and adapt to diverse patient needs.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, formulate care plans, provide direct care including treatments and diagnostics, collaborate with team members, revise care based on patient response, and participate in safety and quality programs.
