Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality patient care in a neurology-focused unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit goals.
- Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to care for diverse medical/surgical and telemetry patients.

The position involves straight night shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation.
