Role Overview: This is a full-time inpatient registered nurse position focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care in a specialized neurology/neurosurgery unit. The RN assesses, plans, and evaluates patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduation from a specialty training program in nursing. The role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction. Ability to adapt to diverse medical/surgical and neurological patient populations is essential.
