Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a neuroscience-focused unit, including neurology, neurosurgery, epilepsy, and general medical/surgical patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
- Perform assessments within scope of practice and coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Deliver direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and adjust plans based on patient responses.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to address patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to quality, safety, and team goals through active participation and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
