Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a modern, state-of-the-art medical unit.
Responsibilities: Assessing patient needs, planning and coordinating individualized care, administering treatments and medications, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and family engagement while participating in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Complete assessments within scope of practice and standards
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement care plans, including education and discharge planning
- Provide direct patient care and manage equipment troubleshooting
- Engage with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs
- Participate in evidence-based practice and unit decision-making
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing, with strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Experience in acute care preferred.
