Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment, medication administration, and diagnostic studies, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. They develop and coordinate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and formulate care plans based on unit standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must possess current RN licensure. Demonstrates compassionate care, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
