Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies.
Key Duties: Promote patient safety and satisfaction, coordinate care, engage in patient and family education, and support organizational quality metrics.
