Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in a fast-paced acute care unit, providing complex care for diverse medical conditions including respiratory, cardiac, renal, GI, and postoperative patients.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Ensure compassionate patient and family interactions, promote safety, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a specialty nursing program, with the ability to deliver comprehensive patient care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with telemetry, emergency procedures, and evidence-based practice is preferred.
