Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care in a specialized acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and coordinate individualized care plans including patient education and discharge planning. Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and revise care plans accordingly. Collaborate proactively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Promote compassionate, patient-centered care and strive for high patient and family satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills, and be committed to teamwork and safety. Ability to work in a clinical environment, adhere to policies, and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
