Registered Nurse – Advanced Acute Care Medical

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care for medical and surgical diagnoses.

Responsibilities: Assessing patient needs, formulating and coordinating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensure a positive patient and family experience. Participate in quality and safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions. Promote safety, patient satisfaction, and team goals.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to perform assessments, coordinate care, and communicate effectively with team members and patients. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
