Role: Full-time Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, and providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in quality and safety initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and clinical skills are essential.
Key Duties: Meet patient and family needs across physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual domains; ensure safety and adherence to policies; actively participate in unit decision-making and safety programs; and contribute to a positive care environment.
