Position: Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive nursing care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, provide treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and adaptive responses, ensuring optimal experiences for patients and families.
Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice decisions.
Collaborate proactively with staff and physicians, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
Ability to perform assessments, provide direct care, and coordinate discharge planning.
