Position: Full-time Inpatient RN in an advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, satisfaction, and compassionate interactions. Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop coordinated care plans including education and discharge planning. Provide direct care through treatments, medications, and diagnostics, evaluating and adjusting interventions based on patient response. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs. Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Engage actively in team goals, quality, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialized nursing training program. Ability to provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate effectively, and participate in quality improvement. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
