Position: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. Formulate and revise care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Troubleshoot equipment and contribute to evidence-based practice decisions, ensuring compliance with policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Nursing Specialty Training Program. Demonstrates compassionate care, teamwork, problem-solving, and effective communication. Ability to handle diverse patient needs and collaborate proactively with staff and physicians.
Key Duties: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments, evaluate interventions, and participate in unit decision-making. Engage in ongoing education and safety programs to enhance patient care quality.
