Role Overview: This position is for a full-time Inpatient RN on a 24-bed advanced acute care unit, providing complex care for patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD, cardiac, renal, GI disorders, and postoperative conditions. The RN assesses, plans, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promotes safety, and ensures high-quality care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and coordinating care plans, administering treatments and medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs. The role emphasizes compassionate interactions, patient education, and participation in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Applicants must have graduated from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
