Role Overview: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and facilitate discharge planning. Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions. Engage actively in team goals, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Demonstrate compassion, clinical competence, teamwork, and accountability. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and participate in safety and quality programs.
