Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse in an advanced acute care unit, providing comprehensive patient care for medical and surgical patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
- Provide direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care and discharge planning.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and revise care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs.
- Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments and deliver compassionate care.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality improvement.
