Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing, compassionate care approach, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures. Experience in acute care settings is preferred.
