Role Summary: This is a full-time Inpatient RN position on an advanced acute care unit, responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering compassionate patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s preferred), with demonstrated ability to meet unit standards. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
