Role: Inpatient RN responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and compassionate treatment in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans including patient and family education, discharge planning, and treatment management.
- Deliver direct patient care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to address patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Engage in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit-based decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and scope of practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a nursing specialty training program.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure setting.
