Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced, advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Ensure a compassionate, safe, and satisfying patient and family experience while promoting safety and quality improvement through active participation in education and safety programs. Troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice, and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with a focus on complex inpatient care. Ability to manage diverse medical conditions such as cardiac, respiratory, renal, gastrointestinal, and infectious diseases. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills required.
Key Duties: Complete patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
