Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans; administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics; evaluate intervention effectiveness; collaborate with healthcare team; troubleshoot equipment; participate in quality and safety initiatives; and promote positive patient and family experiences.
- Perform assessments within scope of practice and unit standards.
- Develop and implement care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Engage in team-based decision-making and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing program; strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient safety and quality care; ability to problem-solve and adapt.
