Role: Inpatient RN providing comprehensive nursing care in an advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Deliver direct care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, revise care plans based on patient responses, and promote safety, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes. Participate in unit decision-making, troubleshoot equipment, and engage in safety and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies. Ability to work in a clinical environment with a focus on safety and excellence.
Key Duties: Complete assessments, provide education, discharge planning, and evaluate interventions. Engage proactively with the healthcare team to meet patient needs and improve care quality.
