Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs, promoting safety, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Key Duties:
- Conducts comprehensive assessments and develops individualized care plans.
- Delivers direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics.
- Evaluates intervention effectiveness and adjusts care plans accordingly.
- Coordinates with physicians and team members to address patient needs.
- Ensures a positive patient and family experience through effective communication.
- Participates in unit decision-making and safety programs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program, with the ability to provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
