Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
Key Responsibilities: Complete assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate patient care, strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a broad range of medical conditions.
