Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practices, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing degree with specialty training; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and compassionate patient interaction skills. Ability to manage complex medical conditions and adapt care plans accordingly.
Key Duties: Ensure high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care; promote patient and family education; participate in decision-making; and support organizational safety and quality metrics.
Environment: Work primarily in a hospital with private rooms, serving patients with diverse acute to complex conditions, including telemetry capabilities. Emphasis on high reliability, collaboration, and community focus.
