Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. The RN addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and providing patient and family education. Responsibilities include administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluating intervention effectiveness, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have graduated from a nursing specialty training program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role demands compassionate care, strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in inpatient care is advantageous.
