Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established standards and policies.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and evaluate care effectiveness. Promote teamwork through delegation, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Support patient discharge planning and adapt care based on patient response and needs.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; interest in cardiac care preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, and adapt to changing patient situations. Experience in cardiac nursing is a plus, with opportunities for growth and development.
