Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with healthcare team members, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor’s degree preferred), with the ability to coordinate care, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
