Registered Nurse – Acute Care Surgical Trauma Unit

Role Overview: The Clinical Team Coordinator Registered Nurse leads and supervises nursing care on an advanced acute care surgical trauma unit.

Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care; support quality and safety initiatives; supervise staff; assist with orientation, performance appraisals, and addressing performance issues; communicate effectively with team members, patients, and visitors; participate in policy development; promote evidence-based practices; mentor staff; ensure regulatory compliance; manage resource utilization; and address patient and family concerns.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; enrollment in or possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to foster a collaborative environment; commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
