Role Overview: The Inpatient RN provides comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families. They develop and coordinate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, they troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required); Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
