Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit with remote telemetry.
Responsibilities: Assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments and medications, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, coordinates discharge planning, and promotes safety and patient satisfaction.
Participates in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and safety initiatives to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program. Demonstrates strong assessment, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and prioritize patient needs.
Key Duties: Perform assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, provide direct patient care, and revise care plans based on patient responses.
Engage with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and participate actively in safety and quality initiatives.
