Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They practice based on evidence, standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring individualized care tailored to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making, respecting cultural diversity.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coordinate care delivery using interdisciplinary methods.
- Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and evidence-based practices to enhance care quality.
- Participate in developing protocols, supporting resource management, and promoting a safe, respectful clinical environment.
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and maintain a competent workforce.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in direct patient care.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.
- Proficiency in English, computer skills, and strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings and respond to emergencies with professionalism.
