Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, deliver treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Duties: Ensure optimal patient outcomes, promote safety, and enhance patient and family satisfaction through coordinated care and effective interactions. Maintain compliance with policies and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
Work Environment: Clinical setting with private and semi-private rooms, serving patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions, including surgical orthopedic cases. Onsite therapy services and 24/7 hospitalist coverage.
