Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for direct patient care, assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostics following policies and procedures.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and modify care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and team members to proactively resolve patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety initiatives, and team goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate effectively.
