Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans including patient and family education.
- Provide direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluating and adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to resolve patient needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a specialty nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and participate actively in quality and safety programs.
