Position: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include: conducting assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, developing and coordinating care plans, providing treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, participating in evidence-based practice, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills: Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with a focus on patient-centered care, teamwork, and safety. Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills are essential.
Work Environment & Additional Details: Typically performed in a hospital setting with private or semi-private rooms, serving patients with diverse acute and chronic conditions, including orthopedic and surgical cases. Requires flexibility to work 7p-7:30a shifts, including every other weekend and holiday. Participation in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety programs is expected.
