Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs, participate in decision-making, and promote safety and quality. Engage in patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety initiatives. Ensure compassionate, patient-centered interactions aimed at maximizing satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred. Demonstrates strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Complies with organizational policies and standards.
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, evaluate patient responses, troubleshoot equipment, participate in quality improvement activities, and contribute to a safe, collaborative work environment.
