Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care and coordinating care plans in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and address patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including education, discharge planning, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies according to policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and staff to resolve patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Participate in decision-making, quality improvement, safety programs, and evidence-based practices.
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate patient and family interactions, promoting safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to perform assessments, develop care plans, and work effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
